Hammer drive pins are a self-coloured cold-formed pin made from low carbon steel or 304 grade stainless-steel. Used to replace screws where the need to remove the pin is unlikely. They are designed for use in mild steel, aluminium, brass or plastics. The hole should be drilled between the recommended minimum and maximum hole diameters shown in the selection tables. They are good for quantity production runs where a quick permanent join is required.
